| If you would like to report a U.F.O or strange lights in the sky please answer the questions below and send us an e-mail. Title your e-mail U.F.O - REPORT! We will respond as quickly as possible to investigate your report! |
| 1. Please give your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. NOTE: This is not necesary if you wish to remain anonymous. 2. Give a description of the object you that you would like to report. 3. Where there any blinking lights on the unknown craft? 4. Could you hear any sounds coming from the U.F.O? 5. Was the object stationary or did move? 6. If it was moving please describe the flight pattern if possible. 7. Could you see any strange markings or writing on the U.F.O? 8. Did the craft land or stay in the air? 9. Were there any disturbances associated with the sighting. Examples - Strange fellings, electrical problems, crop circles, landing marks, missing time, or burns to yourself or the landscape. 10. How large do you think the craft was? 11. Was there more then one? 12. Where any plane or helicopters seen in the area before or after the event? 13. Is this the first time you have seen a U.F.O? 14. Please give the time, date, and address for location where the U.F.O was spotted. 15. Let us know a time and date that we can interview you by phone or in person if you wish to do so. |
