Ghost and Hauntings - Paranormal activity involving a ghost or spirit. Many locations can be haunted. If you think your home, business, land, or any other location is haunted click the link below to request an investigation. You may also report a sighting of a ghost or send us your pictures and stories of ghostly occurrences.
Cryptozoology - The investigation of creatures whose existence is unproved such as : Big Foot, Chupacabra, Loch Ness Monster, or any other mysterious animal or creature that is said to exist but has not been proven to exist at the current time. The Giant Squid was thought to be a mythical sea creature at one time but has now been proven to exist!
NOTE : Though we do not strongly believe in such creatures as Big Foot and the Loch Ness Monster, we keep an open, but yet skeptical, mind and investigate all claims of the paranormal that are serious.
UFO's - Unidentified Flying Objects. This also includes any strange lights in the sky that can not be identified. Flying saucers or UFO's might be some kind of space craft from other planets or it might be our own government covering up and trying to hide a top secret air craft. Regardless of what they are some cases of UFO's go unexplained and we will investigate all reports of strange crafts and lights in the sky! We will also investiagte any kind of physical evidence left by a UFO such as markings on the ground or other evidence.
Crop Circles - These circles are mostly reported in fields and are often only noticed from the air by planes passing over. Some are found by farmers when they start to harvest their crop. Crop Circles are thought to be associated with UFO activity or even unknown weather phenomena that can not be explained.
Sacred Land and Mysterious Places - This includes places that are sacred or have mysterious events taking place. The Bermuda Triangle and Stone Henge are two examples of mysterious places. We will investiagte any place that has paranormal or unusual events taking place in or around a certain place.
Legends, Myths, and Local Folk Lore - We will investigate claims of local myths and legends involving paranormal or mysterious events. People in the Crawford County area have also reported seeing mysterious black panthers and some even say they only appear just before something bad is about to happen. We have found no proof of the panthers in our area but they are still seen on occasions and sometimes witnessed by more then one person at a time. The CCIGHS has investigated reports of these cats and the tracks supposedly made by the elusive panthers, only to find that the tracks were made by large dogs and even a bobcat on one occasion. My team and I have also investigated a report of a glowing tombstone in the Robinson area and ruled it to be from a natural cause. When car lights from the side road hit a certain tombstone in the cemetery it would create an illusion that it was glowing. Most myths and legends can be put to rest as having a natural cause but then there are still those that are unexplainable!
